At Modern Prairie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
