Fresh Pasta – Three Shapes
We’ll make a classic pasta dough from scratch and shape it into three beautiful forms:
• Linguine – long, silky strands perfect for lighter sauces
• Orecchiette – “little ears” designed to hold onto every bit of flavor
• Pici – rustic, hand-rolled strands with a satisfying chew

Fresh Tomato Sauce
A bright, simple sauce made with ripe tomatoes, olive oil, and garlic—letting summer’s best ingredients shine.

Pesto alla Genovese
A fragrant blend of fresh basil, garlic, parmesan, pine nuts, and olive oil—fresh, green, and full of life.

Sage Brown Butter Sauce with Toasted Walnuts
Rich, nutty, and comforting, with crisp sage and toasted walnuts adding depth and texture.
